Plainfield Community School District #202 welcomes Kristin Brower, a special education teacher will become the Bonnie McBeth preschool principal replacing Mina Griffith, who was named as assistant superintendent for student services in May. Sandra Graner, a 19 year educator, will be the new second assistant principal at Timber Ridge Middle School. Patricia Van Winkle will become the shared assistant principal at both Crystal Lawns & Elizabeth Eichelberger elementary schools and replaces Casey Hartman, who was just named the new assistant principal at Walker’s Grove Elementary School. Eichelberger Elementary School teacher, Laura Weed was named the new assistant principal at Eagle Pointe Elementary School.

Provena Health officials have promoted Beth Hughes to President and CEO of the Joliet based hospital from her current role as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. She succeeds Jeff Brickman, who has resigned his position, following 8 years of distinguished accomplishment & service, to accept a position as President of the five-hospital Mountains North Denver Operating Group of Centura Health System, Colorado, where he will also serve as President and CEO of its flagship, St. Anthony Hospital.
