My wife, Tristin, and I have three children: twin girls, Rachel and Ashley, and Logan. I am an active member of the community, serving as Joliet Catholic Academy Alumni Board Vice President; Executive Board member of the Plainfield Area Chamber of Commerce; chairman of the Plainfield Area Chamber of Commerce Education Committee; and co-chairman of the Plainfield Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors Committee.
Originally from Joliet, I attended Cathedral of St. Raymond's, Joliet Catholic Academy, and Cumberland University before moving to Plainfield in 2007.
I began my financial services career in 2006 as a financial services representative with MetLife. I Joined Edward Jones as a financial advisor in 2012, and in June of 2014 opened the firm's fourth branch office in Plainfield.
With over 18 years of full-time experience, I specialize in residential real estate in traditional sales, short sales, foreclosures and auctions. My husband and I have bought, built, renovated and sold eight of our own personal homes. With my combined personal and professional experience, I truly understand the opportunities and challenges of buying and selling a home. In every sale, I make it personal because I know that it’s not just a house, it’s someone’s home.
As a multi-million-dollar producer, I am committed to the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and customer service. I listen to my clients’ needs and goals, and I educate them on the home buying or selling process. My goal is to keep a client for life.
I enjoy serving on the Board of Directors and am an active member of the Plainfield Chamber of Commerce, the Village Preservation Association, Women You Should Know, the International Women’s Leadership Association, and a committee member for the Plainfield Hometown Irish Parade. I have earned The Herald News’s “#1 Realtor in Will County” award, and Chicago Magazine’s “5-Star Agent” award every year from 2011 to 2018, and I am certified in Home Staging.
I am a dedicated wife, and a mother of identical twin boys. My family and I reside in downtown Plainfield. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, being outdoors, and reading.
Brian Minnis is a Vice President of Commercial Banking at Busey Bank in Plainfield. Mr. Minnis has spent the past 13 years in the banking industry assisting a wide variety of clients throughout the Chicagoland area. His banking background includes working capital and equipment financing, letters of credit, commercial real estate and construction financing, as well as loan remediation and portfolio risk mitigation.
Mr. Minnis received his bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and his M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University. He is involved with a variety of professional organizations, including the Plainfield Area Chamber of Commerce, where he serves as Treasurer and sits on the Board, the Plainfield Rotary Club, the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Young Professionals of Naperville.
Dori Fugate is the Community Engagement Director at the C. W. Avery Family YMCA. She began her career at the Y in 2010 and has always had a passion for serving the Plainfield community. Dori and her husband, Robin, moved to Plainfield in 1989 where they raised their three children. Once her children began school, Dori became a volunteer for the Plainfield School District #202 serving as the Co-President of the Central Elementary PTA in the mid-90’s and then as the Vice President of the PTSO for Plainfield Central High School. Dori has worked at Argonne National Laboratory as well as the Plainfield Park District and has always loved working with people. As well as being a Board Member, Dori serves on various committees with the Chamber and is currently the Co-Chair of the 2016 Harvest 5K.
I have been a member of the Plainfield Area Chamber of Commerce for the past 11` years and have been a member of the Board of Directors for the past 8 years.

Grew up in a Family Business Atmosphere involving commercial & industrial rental properties and retail businesses. This included a Laundromat and Dry Cleaners, Gas Station, Security Company, Low Voltage Audio Business and Rental Properties consisting of Purchasing, Leasing and Management. Over the Years TJ and his wife have purchased, managed and sold many companies. In 1992, using the education learnings while working in a Laundromat, TJ and his wife bought their 1st current Laundromat location. Since that time, they have Bought-Remodeled-Operated and Sold, 9 Laundromats in the South and Western Suburbs. At present, they are involved with five successful Laundromat Locations.
TJ has been a member of the PACC since 2009 and has had an active role on the board of directors for the past four years.
During the free time that is available, Golfing is enjoyed, along with weekend Family Activities of Water Skiing and Jet Boating.

Roxanne Essex is the owner of Essex House Interiors in Yorkville. Roxanne received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). She enjoys working with clients to help them create a living or work space that is functional and comfortable as well as visually appealing for them to enjoy. It was a lifelong dream of hers to become an Interior Designer, and she is happy to be working with clients with any budget to help them achieve the space they desire.
Roxanne resides in Yorkville with her husband, Eric. She has two grown children and three grandchildren.
Eric is an owner of National SoftWash, Inc. and a Principal at Northern Insurance Group. After receiving two Bachelor's of Science in Finance and Insurance at Illinois State University, Eric joined the National Catastrophe Team at Allstate Insurance. While traveling 300 days per year, Eric served in a multitude of property claims positions and worked at a variety of catastrophic sites including the World Trade Center and Hurricane Dennis, Irene, Floyd and Katrina. After leaving the extensive travel of the Catastrophe Team at Allstate, he joined the local claims department at Nationwide Insurance. He was recruited to become an agency owner within a year of joining Nationwide. He opened the doors to the Marsaglia Agency in Downtown Plainfield in 2004. He merged his agency with Northern Insurance Service in 2008 and has maintained a downtown Plainfield presence since. In 2017, he formed National SoftWash, Inc with his two college friends and have seen explosive growth. National SoftWash, Inc is also operated in Plainfield and is rapidly growing into the largest softwash companies in the State of Illinois. Eric is a long time real estate investor by owning a multitude of single family homes, condominiums and multi unit properties. He has also served as a licensed Real Estate Broker with Chase Real Estate. He has flipped over 50 properties and helped his clients flip dozens more in the last 10 years.
Eric has been an active participant in several local organizations. He has served as the President of the Plainfield Lions Club and is the current President of the Plainfield Riverfront Foundation. He has also served on the Plainfield Emergency management Association and the Plainfield Exchange Club. One of his first endeavors as a business owner in 2004 was to join the Plainfield Chamber of Commerce. Since joining the PACC, he has served as on the Executive Board for 4 years as the Secretary, Vice President and President and a Board of Directors member for 10+ years. During his tenure with the PACC, he has been the chairperson of the Golf Outing and Cruise Nights.
Eric resides in Plainfield with his wife, Tasha Marsaglia, and their four children. He loves coaching his children at their various sports affiliated with the C.W. Avery YMCA and Plainfield Park District.
As a lifelong resident of the Plainfield area and an alumna of Bolingbrook High School, I have deep roots in this area because it's all I've ever known and loved. I began my career with Allstate in 2011 and opened my agency here in Plainfield in 2015. I work hard to build relationships with and educate customers as they make decisions that help protect what matters most: their family, home, car, and more. Providing superior customer service in a warm, familial, English- and Spanish-speaking atmosphere is how I personify our motto, “You’re in Good Hands.” In fact, our agency was excited and appreciative to be voted as the Best Insurance Agency in Will County in both 2017 and 2018 through The Herald News Reader's Choice Awards. I’m committed to giving back to my community not only through PACC, but I also serve on the Plainfield Junior Woman’s Club and was as an advisor to the Plainfield Juniorettes for a few years. Through Allstate’s Helping Hands grant program, I’ve worked to earn grants for PJWC, Rise From the Ashes, the Northern Illinois Food Bank, as well as a Chicago-area homeless shelter.
I have one daughter who was born and raised here in Plainfield, who is also proud to be a real hometown girl at heart. She held her first job at Hazel Marie's, was a Plainfield Juniorette for five years, was one of our very own Irish Princesses in our 2016 parade, and was awarded the Everyday Hero honor in 2018.

Chad R. Holstead is the founder of Business Knowledge Systems and is a wealth of vast and diversified experience in the information technology field. Mr. Holstead founded Business Knowledge Systems and focused on providing high end IT consulting services to meet the specific needs and budgets of small and mid-sized businesses. Throughout his tenure with BKS Systems, Chad has personally overseen the planning and implementing of a new network infrastructure for the opening of a new bank and launched a technology support program for community banks. He has also organized the network infrastructure, and provided technology and network consulting services to numerous clients in a variety of industries including professional service firms, manufacturing, distribution, and transportation industries.
Along with running a local business in Plainfield, Chad is very involved in local community service. He is the past president of the Plainfield Kiwanis Club, and still sits on the board. He is actively involved as an advisor for the Plainfield Aktion Club, a community service club for adults with special needs. He also sits on the admin council and finance chairperson for Plainfield United Methodist Church.
Chad lives in Plainfield with his wife Karyn and two daughters, on weekends he can be found watching his daughters in their respective sports, equestrian riding and competitive cheer.
I am a Plainfield resident and owner of Wyler Studios, a full service video production company. I am also a Co-Founder of Social Vid Network that helps entrepreneurs and business owners create video content to market and build their brand.
I'm a storyteller at heart, and I love to help my clients tell their story and share it with the world.
I love being involved in the community and I am the current President of the Kiwanis Club of Plainfield and I volunteer my time with the American Cancer Society Team DetermiNation running team.
I love Plainfield and I am grateful to be a part of a great community and the Plainfield Area Chamber of Commerce.
I am the Head of Community Engagement and Marketing at the Plainfield Public Library. I have held this position since 2018 and have been with the Library since 2014, previously holding the role of Community Engagement Liaison. My roles at the Library have allowed me to get to know many people in the Plainfield community and make valuable personal and professionals connections.
I've served on the Harvest 5K and Special Events Committee at the Chamber assisting in planning Spooktacular and The Heart of Christmas for the past 4 years.
Working for the Plainfield Library is truly rewarding and gives me the opportunity to connect with the community. The Library is a wonderful resource offering programming, information and resources for lifelong learning.
